Asian Barbeque chicken consists of chicken parts of an entire chicken that are barbequed or grilled. Barbeque chicken is often coated in a spice rub, barbeque sauce or both. In Asia Barbeque chicken is sometimes cubed and marinated. The word Barbeque comes from the language of the Caribbean Indian tribe called the Taino. Their word for grilling on a raised wooden grate is Baracoa .Since the popularity has spread like wildfire. ·     4 large chicken pieces (take a chicken and make it four equal pieces)
·     1 Tablespoon ginger paste
·     1 Tablespoon garlic paste
·     1 Tablespoon red chili powder (or as you required)
·     1 Tablespoon turmeric powder
·     Salt to taste
·     3 Tablespoon lemon juice
·     50 mg of yogurt
·     1 Tablespoon mix spices powder
·     1 Tablespoon nutmeg and mace powder
·     50 gm saffron (optional)
·     1 Tablespoon soya sauce
·     Sesame oil  (as per requirement)

In a bowl, mix all the spices with yogurt
Make angular cuts on each piece so that spices can absorb in it.
Marinate chicken pieces in the mixture and leave the marinated chicken pieces for 1 hour so that all spices are absorbed in the chicken.
Put the chicken pieces in the baking tray and bake them at 180oC for 25-30 mints or until turn into a light brown color. Asian BBQ chicken smell and taste become more wonderfull.
