Biryani is a mixed rice dish with its origins among the Muslims of the Indian subcontinent. Chicken Biryani is a delicious savoury rice dish. That is loaded with spicy marinated chicken. The word Biryani is originated from the Persian word Brian, which means fried before cooking. Many historians believe that Biryani originated from Persia and was brought to India by the Mughals. o   Garlic                              2tsp(paste)
o   Green chili                          10
o   Mint                                    1bunch
o   Green coriander            1bunch
o   Red chili powder              2tsp
o   Lemon                                    2
o   Mix pickle                     as per requirement
o   White zeera                       2tsp
o   Plain salt                       as per requirement
o   Fresh yogurt                    ¼ kg
o   Dry palm                          50gm
o   Carrot                                  2-3
o   Cabbage                            2tsp
o   Red cabbage                    2tsp
o   Cucumber                         2-3
o   Chicken whole               1/2kg
o   Onion                                1/4kg


Method

The preparation method of Biryani is very easy.
Mix yogurt and all spices.
Take a pan, heat oil and fry the onion in it till golden.
Add chicken with a mixture and cook till meat tender
Then add coriander leaves, vegetables, and palm
Now add rice and cover
Leave it to cook for 20 minutes.
Tasty and delicious Biryani is ready to serve and enjoys the unforgettable taste of Biryani.
