Ingredients
Soya sauce 2tbsp
Oyster sauce 2tbsp
Whole crabs 2
Tomato ketchup ¼ cup
Hot chili pastes   2tbsp
Tamarind paste   1tbsp
Peanut oil              3tbsp
Fresh ginger(chopped)1inch
Garlic cloves(chopped)3-4
alapeno pepper(chopped)1
Coriander leaves 2tbsp (for garnish)

Method
Heat the oil in a large and open pan over heat until just smoking. Add the crab in the oil and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes. then add garlic, chili, ginger, jalapeno pepper and mix it well. In a bowl take tomato ketchup, soya sauce, hot chilli sauce, oyster sauce and tamarind paste and mix it well. add water ¼ cups in the pan and mix it all the ingredients.
After 5-10 minutes add crabs (without gills) and cooked for 3-5 minutes. Then put sauce cook it and stir it until crab has absorbed sauce and sauce becomes thick. Add garlic, ginger, chilli paste and jalapeno pepper in the pan.
Amazing and delicious chilli crab is ready! take out in platter garnish with remaining jalapeno pepper and coriander leaves and serve.
