Fish balls are a popular dish in Southern China as well as in the part of Southeast Asia, Hong Kong Macau and among the overseas Chinese communities. There are three types of Fish Balls, such as golden, white and yellow, each differing in their textures and production method.
For East Asian Fish Balls, the Fish are shredded, coarsely ground or even pounded.
Scandinavian Fish balls are made of completely pureed Fish, milk and potato flour which produces a softer textured food.

·      Fish two pieces equal to one cup after shredded
·      Potato 250 Gram       (if you needed)
·      Salt 1 teaspoon or to taste
·      Black pepper                 1 teaspoon
·      Egg   2
·      Lemon 1
·      Oil for frying
·      Chinese seaweed       (as per requirement)
·      Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
·      Red chili powder                  1 teaspoon
·      Dry coriander                      1teaspoon
·      Lettuce                         (as per requirement)
·      Cumin powder 1teaspoon
·      Onion                                        2-3
·      Ginger and garlic paste        2teaspoon
·      Yogurt                                    2-3 teaspoon
·      Turmeric powder                   1teaspoon

Preparation method

First of all boil the Fish with a half a cup of water and one lemon. When Fish is done let it cool down shredded the Fish. Boil 250-gram potato and mash them. Put all the ingredients red chili, black pepper, Chinese seaweed, cumin powder, Turmeric powder, yogurt , garlic , and ginger paste  chopped onions and half beat egg and mix it well. Make small size Fish Balls first coat them in flour then egg and then bread crumbs. Coat all the Balls like this and deep fry them in oil until they golden brown. After all, decorate them in lettuce leaves or coriander and enjoy the delicious and crunchy Fish Balls with ketchup.
